The Improving your relationships seminar teaches couples and individuals how to build and maintain healthy relationships. Whether you've been together for years, you're a new couple planning for success, or you're an individual wanting to improve your relationships with friends, family or an intimate partner, there is something for you.

The knowledge and skills gained in this workshop will empower you to look more closely at how you engage in relationships, have greater understand of the dynamics that can disrupt the sense of togetherness, and be more able to engage in behaviours that foster connection and closeness.

The Improving your relationships seminar will be facilitated by registered psychologist Glenn Cameron. Glenn has over 13 years experience working as a couples counsellor.
